New Year’s Eve dinner, and an opportunity to play ‘dark fantasy detective’
FRANKENMUTH, Mich. – Dec.13, 2017 – Enter the world of fantasy folklore with the Brothers Grimm as the Bavarian Inn Restaurant presents a special New Year’s Eve “Grimms’ Fairy Tales” murder mystery dinner on Sunday, Dec. 31 beginning at 6:30 p.m.
Guests are invited to dress up, either as their favorite Grimm fairy tale character or in their holiday finest, to join family and friends in experiencing and solving the murder mystery based on tales from the brothers’ ambitious 170-story anthology. Known more popularly for their children’s stories, many of the Grimm Brothers’ other works carry a darker and more foreboding theme.
The dinner menu includes Soup du Jour, Mixed Greens Salad, Chicken Cordon Bleu, Family Style Noodles, Blue Hubbard Squash, Chef’s Choice Dessert, and a non-alcoholic beverage, with a cash bar available through the evening.
The $50 per person price includes the meal and a non-alcoholic beverage, show, tax and gratuity. Reservations and prepayment are required.
